This product is really good. They charge fast, keep in mind you need to make sure the charger you use is a good one, to verify, one of the blue lights will turn green to indicate fast charging as label in the instructions (look at last picture for reference). I feel like most of the other reviews used a slower charging setup. I use my Google pixel 7 charger which is USB-C to USB-C. You can also use the cables provided but you need a good power box. The heat it provides is excellent, I live in Chicago so the weather is cold and these work great. I really like the fact that it can be on the highest heat setting and once I turn them off it takes seconds to cool down, pretty neat feature so I can store them away without risking heat damage to anything. I also like the ability to use these as a power bank, Great feature. I like that it also comes with 2 charging cables and a carry bag. Overall really solid product, great heat output with multiple heat setting and great additional features and it’s not heavy. I would buy again. I recommend this product.
Now on the downside….
First in foremost the instructions are terrible and can be updated. This version of handwarmers which are the gamer edition don’t come with the dual USB-C, meaning I have to use 2 different chargers or charge one at a time which is just inconvenient.

Por las opiniones creía que el calentamiento sería lento o muy bajo, sin embargo es todo lo contrario, tan pronto lo enciendes calienta, automáticamente se enciende en el nivel más alto de temperatura y la verdad si es muy muy caliente. No vivo en un lugar exageradamente frío, pero es un lugar donde pega el viento frío entonces a veces si está gacho jaja, y probándolos afuera si cambia un poco la sensación de “caliente” a comparación de dentro tu casa, pero considero que si mantenemos esos calentadores dentro de las bolsas y ahí metemos las manos por supuesto que va a ser buena la calefacción, si de plano piensas mantener afuera las manotas pues nunca se te van a calentar sabes? Jajaja. En fin, son increíbles y los mejores que pude encontrar aquí en Amazon, además, puntos extra porque trae una bolsita de tela y se me hizo cool.

The device worked great and was quite practical to carry around when I thought it last winter. However when I took it out to use this winter, it refuses to charge and no longer works.. I am quite disappointed with it.. hence do not recommend it and a one star review. You never know when it might stop working 😒

If you ask me about the quality of the product, the packaging and everything in terms of general quality, I will tell you that it is 10/10. In terms of functionality I would say 10/10 as well. But obviously there are things that I personally do not like, but I understand them and that’s why I put the 5 stars, the product can give you heat is true, but do not expect an extraordinary heat, they specify the range of heat that can generate at the maximum level and is not very high, to be honest taking into account that the contact surface is small and if the weather outside is cold the effect is not much noticeable, because inside a house, etc.. The heat is felt but when you go out it is usually not perceived well and you can think it is a scam but not really, maybe if you put it inside a glove or inside your coat the heat is better preserved but if you take it with your hand and put your hands in the pocket of your coat sometimes you do not feel much difference to use it or not to use it… But overall it is a good product.
